School Fair Exhibitor Registration & Sponsorships

Exhibitor Opportunities at the School Fair is for MAAPS member schools ONLY.  Register here to be an exhibitor at the 2026 MAAPS School Fair on April 10, 2026 at The Conference Center at Waltham Woods, 9am-12pm.

The fee for a table is $400 and includes 2 staff attendees (and breakfast!).  Any additional school personnel who wish to attend the event may register using the separate attendee link.

Below you will find the link to reserve your table ($400) as well as optional add-on sponsorship opportunities with benefits as described in the chart.

Sponsorships are first come, first served.  If a sponsorship level has been sold out, it will no longer display on the form.  If you have questions about exhibitor registration or sponsorship options, please contact Amanda Kane akane@maaps.org
