The Mill Pond School – Berkshire Campus is dedicated to serving students who have a primary diagnosis of a social, emotional, and/or behavioral disorder, who may have a learning disability, and who may have a diagnosis of high-functioning Autism. The Mill Pond School – Berkshire Campus implements a trauma-informed care approach to address the emotional needs of each student. This creates an environment that engenders a feeling of safety, structure, and belonging. Staff at the Mill Pond School – Berkshire Campus attend to the educational, social, emotional, and behavioral needs of all students which allows them to come into contact with a level of success that may have previously eluded them. The program’s staff have extensive and varied backgrounds in the educational and human services field.
