Berkshire Meadows is a specialized residential school and homes for severely intellectually disabled children with complex medical needs. The program offers 24-hour-a-day services including a fully accredited, licensed school; on site nursing and medical services; socialization and activities of daily living; physical therapy and other allied health services necessary to increase the level of physical, mental, and social functioning of our students. Berkshire Meadows uses a variety of therapeutic tools, including some BCBA principles, healing arts and animal assisted therapy. Families and school district are instrumental partners in educational treatment and transition planning. Set in the natural beauty of the Berkshires, Berkshire Meadows is recognized for state-of-the-art professional services, supported by the caring warmth of compassionate caregivers.
