Littleton Academy is a residential school that specializes in working with students and their families to help them gain skills to have a successful educational experience, while providing them with a nurturing and safe environment to learn and grow. Littleton Academy is a sixteen bed therapeutic residential school for children ages 6-12 that focuses on trauma informed care for children with mental health and mild/moderate learning disabilities. At Littleton Academy, the staff work daily through a trauma-informed lens to help students build healthy attachments, learn and practice regulation skills and build competency to help establish the foundations for a successful educational experience. Our school focuses on standards-based learning that incorporates project-based, student-centered lessons. Littleton Academy provides comprehensive care including: a small inclusive classroom setting, a full clinical staff, nursing staff, Applied Behavior Analysis services, permanency services and twenty-four-hour direct care supervision.
