YES has instituted crisis prevention strategies that proactively involve measures to secure a safe and enjoyable learning experience. YES staff work with the sending school district and the families to provide a program enabling every student to develop their strengths and talents. Students and families will have access to a clinician and support staff who offer a range of services through individual therapy, group therapy, and case management. YES is fully dedicated to guiding students towards cultivating a mindset of lifelong learning through our knowledge acquisition methodology, self-worth descriptors, problem-solving tutorials, and social and emotional wellness examples, which are all rooted in our experiential learning classes. Aligned to the Massachusetts Curriculum Frameworks, students receive individualized educational programming in whole group settings in the form of academic, vocational, social, and behavioral workshops, as YES Academy believes that all students can learn with programs designed to guide them in reaching their full potential.
