Mount Prospect Academy is an approved private Special Education school educating students in grades 5 through 12. We specialize in supporting the education and personal growth of students who have had trouble finding success academically and/or behaviorally, in a more traditional academic setting. MPA provides student choice and learning opportunities through traditional and experiential classrooms across multiple spacious campuses offering courses in the general curriculum and a variety of experiential classes. Traditional courses are offered to students through in class instruction, supported web-based instruction, and extended learning opportunities. Our traditional classrooms provide small class sizes with a supportive faculty to student ratio. Students participate daily in hands on learning and real-world experiential opportunities through culinary arts, automotive technology, wood technology, science, art, physical fitness, adventure English, animal science, and engaging community service activities.
