Amego, Inc. is a private non-profit agency founded in 1971 by parents to provide educational services to children with Autism. We moved into a brand-new school facility in Franklin, MA in September 2019, and our residential students moved onto a campus of 4 brand-new houses about a mile away in November 2022. All of our residential students have their own bedrooms. Educational and behavioral programming is individualized to meet each student’s unique needs using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. Board Certified Behavior Analysists provide support to staff and families. Families are a welcomed part of the treatment team. Amego has licensed OT, PT, Speech and nursing professionals on staff to support each student. Residential and school staff work closely to implement programming across both settings. Our high staff-to-resident ratio affords each child the engagement and attention necessary to participate in all activities and to ensure their individual learning needs are met.
