https://www.positiveregard.com/sec Springdale Education Center (SEC) provides a range of educational, clinical, psycho-educational, behavioral, vocational, case management and outreach services for youth ages 5 - 21 who are challenged with serious mental health issues, have engaged in aggressive and/or anti-social behaviors and have provided a significant challenge to caregivers. SEC’s mission is to assist schools, agencies, families and communities in ensuring the safety of the community. SEC is an intensive, highly structured, trauma informed environment and provides a comprehensive behavior management system based on natural and logical consequences that encourage youth to accept responsibility for their actions. Program routines and zero-tolerance limits are clearly outlined and enforced to ensure the safety and effectiveness of the program.
