Exciting opportunity for a full-time clinician to join our adolescent program and therapeutic school in Needham!

The program offers therapeutic groups and activities based on best practices to help teens gain insight into their emotions and thinking patterns, to develop more effective ways of coping, and improve their self esteem and social skills in order to be successful in school and within their communities.

Primary responsibilities include:
•managing a caseload of adolescents in a milieu setting
•leading innovative therapeutic groups
•working collaboratively with DMH, schools, families and other service providers

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Orientation and training provided.

Required Skills
•Experience conducting individual and/or group therapy and working in a milieu setting required

Required Experience
•Master’s degree in a related field is required
•LMHC, LCSW or LMFT preferred
•Must have previous experience working with adolescents and families
•Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle required
