Exciting opportunity to join Riverside Community Care as the Assistant Program Director for the Riverside Day Program!

The Assistant Program Director will work with the Program Director to oversee the day to day management of our Day Treatment Program, a highly structured and supportive therapeutic program for adolescents, ages 12-18 years, that are presenting with major mental illness and who are experiencing disruptions in their home, school, or community.

In addition, the Assistant Program Director will provide clinical oversight of the programs and supervision of clinical staff and interns.

Required Skills •Valid driver’s license and regular access to a reliable vehicle required

Required Experience •Master’s Degree in a clinical mental health related discipline and independent clinical licensure required
•Demonstrated management of employees and some clinical operations oversight/experience strongly preferred; Minimum of three years clinical supervisory responsibility in child mental health or similar human services setting; prior experience in a milieu setting preferred
•Six years’ clinical experience in a multi-disciplinary mental health setting with minimum of three years child specific, direct clinical work after attaining graduate degree
