Registration is for the entire 5 session series, which runs on Mondays (1-3) and Wednesdays (9-11)

Important Registration Information: If you are registering multiple participants, please email akane@maaps.org with the individual names and emails of each participant after completing the RSVP. This will ensure that every participant receives the meeting links and pre-work for each session, as well as the final certificate.

Module 1: Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Foundation March 25 (1-3) and March 27 (9-11)

Key Definitions and the Business Case: Gain an understanding of key DEI foundational concepts, and how to advocate for the inclusion of DEI into your own workplace.

Overcoming Unconscious Bias: Identify, interrupt and overcome conscious and unconscious biases in the workplace.

Module 2: Inclusive Cultures  April 1 (1-3) and April 3 (9-11)

Building Inclusive Organizations: Gain an understanding of how to create organizational inclusivity through every day interactions from the perspective of a manager and supervisor.

Impactful Conversations for Leaders, Individuals, and Groups: Having difficult conversations including acknowledging and interrupting microagressions.

Module 3: Putting It Into Practice April 8 (1-3)

Share and solve, and create a personal DEI vision.
