maaps schools and programs have collectively prioritized reducing the use of restraint and seclusion as a means for managing aggressive students.  In doing so, our agencies have needed to develop and implement alternative tools and strategies in order to maintain safety of all students in our schools and programs.  The evidenced-based practice committee has gathered the following resources to support our collective initiative to provide all youth with trauma informed, positive behavior support practices that respectfully engage children and their families.
