This workshop provides an overview of planning, organizing and facilitating effective meetings and trainings. Topics will include:

  • Five key attributes of effective meeting management
  • Tips and tools for establishing agendas and training outlines
  • Challenges and barriers to operating successful meetings and trainings.
  • Skills and attributes of effective facilitators and trainers.
